The first step is to download the "Prospective Membership Application" (PMA) in your preferable format (Docx or PDF) by clicking on the button below. Then complete the form and e-mail it back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your application will be reviewd by an executive and due dilligence will be done to make sure your business fits with our group model. If successful you will receive an e-mail with a "Confidentiality Agreement" (CA) and a "New Membership Agreement" (NMA) or you can download them from the links below.
Complete the CA and pages 11 and 12 of the NMA and post them to the address on the NMA.
When the documents are received we will post back signed copies of the CA and NMA for your records. We will also e-mail you a Tax Invoice and a copy of our Deal Book.
When the Tax Invoice is paid all Suppliers will be notified and you can start enjoying the benefits of your membership.
